My partner and I were pretty sceptical about using a buyers agent at first. Before choosing Investment Window, we spoke to more than six different BAs and ended up going with Michael because he came across as genuine, confident and straightforward without feeling salesy. Unlike most buyers agents, Michael was happy to back his knowledge and gave us realistic projections and numbers he was confident in achieving. In the end, he exceeded them. We purchased our first investment property in Lavington in May 2025 and the growth since then has been unreal. Average property prices in the area have increased by around 21% in 12 months, with some desktop valuations coming in closer to 30%. Michael, Jay and Sarah made the whole process easy to deal with and kept everything moving without stress. As first time investors, having a team that actually communicated properly and knew what they were doing made a big difference. We were looking for a property for months and the market was really competitive with properties not lasting more than a few days on the market with multiple offers situation in all. Offers were hard to beat and so we had to go off market. We contacted Michael and Jay and after 3-4 properties that were presented, we liked one and made the offer and got it straight up. Michael, Jay and the Team at Investment Window deserve 6 stars! Michael helped my wife and I navigate purchasing our first investment property. We were complete rookies but felt so confident after engaging their services. We were hesitant spending the money for a buyers agent as the fee bites into your hard earned deposit, but the value returned from that investement far exceeded that fee. Lots of research and advice went into taking the plunge in a property that we couldnt be happier with. This was all done interstate without even having to see the property in person. Throughout the process Michael introduced us to his network of agents, conveyancers, tax experts, building inspectors and others to get the deal done fast. He was working out of hours and went the extra mile at all times to keep the momentum of the sale up. It only took 78 days from engaging IW, to finalising the property, purchase, settlement and then finally to new tenants occupying the property. Well ahead of the target we had in mind. Without Investment window we literally wouldnt have been able to do this, and would still be sitting on the sidelines of the property market. Thanks again Michael! Getting Michael and team to help was the best thing we could have done. Firstly, his team found us a property with great growth potential - the agent told us the property had appreciated more between offer and settlement than we paid Investment Window. We had numerous issues with the deal and Michael was always there to help and negotiate on our behalf - I can't imagine how much harder it would have been without his help. Just when we were close to settlement, Michael had added a number of extra clauses into the contract that helped us identify a hidden defect in the property - without Michael's "extra" knowledge we would have bought responsibility for the defects. Michael and his clients have purchased two properties from me both off market recently. He does what he says he will do, has integrity and a can do attitude. In hot markets sellers can be impatient and I have had many other buyers agents contact me for deals however they have not been good to work with as their process is way too long winded and ultimately does not service their buyers as it makes more work and more delays for the selling agents who ultimately go with other buyers. We recently purchased an investment property in Western Australia using Michael from Investment Window and could not be happier with the service. From the initial introduction, Michael was always happy to navigate and ease our concerns and hesitation associated with buying a house on the opposite side of Australia. Michael is very personable and applies a strategy that resonated with what I was trying to achieve and looking for. I made a conscious decision to just go with the process as I’d wasted over 2 years having done endless research but never acting. The process was pretty quick from engagement to having purchased a property and at each step I researched through other channels and what Michael was suggesting always made sense. I ended up engaging all the services that Michael had recommended (Conveyance, B&P, Property manager) and am very happy with the service from these recommendations. It was very light touch for us, with no stress, excellent communication and continuous support. I hesitated to provide a review until we had settled, finished maintenance and secured a tenant. This has all happened now and what was already an impressive return at Michaels estimate rental income, has ended up with a $20pw increase from the top end estimate after a huge amount of interest well over 100 enquiries for the property and an ability for us to choose between several high quality applications.
