Michael purchased his first investment property at 21 and has been investing in property ever since. With over 20 years working in the financial markets, he brings a strategic, analytical mindset to every property decision, paired with real-world experience and advice that is practical, realistic and grounded in what actually works.

Investment Window was born from a simple belief: people deserve honest guidance when it comes to property investment. Michael saw too many investors buying the wrong properties and losing time and money, so he set out to build a service that puts clients first.

Over the years, Michael has learnt countless lessons in property; the wins, the setbacks and the costly pitfalls, and he has shaped Investment Window around preventing clients from repeating them. His goal is to share the knowledge he wished he had when he was starting out so clients can make smart decisions with confidence and clarity.

Michael leads the team with passion and care, creating an environment where clients feel supported, understood and prioritised. He is committed to every client’s success, every step of the way.

Sarah has been part of the Investment Window team for over three years, working closely with Michael behind the scenes before moving into her role as Buyers Agent. That experience means she understands every stage of the property buying process and knows exactly how to keep a purchase moving smoothly.

Bringing her deep knowledge of the Australian property market and her genuine passion for people, Sarah supports clients from the first conversation through to settlement. She knows the timing, the details and the common pressure points, and she makes sure nothing is missed along the way.

Sarah operates with a measured, results-driven mindset supported by clear and consistent communication. She values strong client relationships and is always happy to talk through questions, concerns or hurdles so clients never feel left in the dark.
